Project Sale Executive
Responsibilities
- Identify market trends and source new sales leads to increase sales volume, and engage new businesses to achieve sales growth
- Keep abreast of product and service knowledge so as to provide technical advice and recommendations to both existing and potential clients
- Maintain contact with all clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction, and resolve complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Follow up on sales quotations, reports, invoicing and ensure timely deliveries on projects
- Plan, supervise and manage project progression
- Visit site to ensure that tasks are carried out smoothly and that all work is executed safely and on time
- Develop strong relationships with sub-contractors, suppliers and building management on project progression
Requirement
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field, fresh grads are welcome to apply (training provided)
- At least Secondary ‘O’ or ‘N’ level, NITEC certification and/or recognised degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil/Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building or equivalent qualifications approved by BCA preferably
- Possess basic skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or equivalent skills
- Strong communication skills and cultural awareness, which should translate via telephone, email and face-to-face contact with clients
- Bilingual in English and Chinese, and able to liaise with multilingual associates
- Display pro-activity in acquiring new sales leads and initiative in undertaking all aspects of the role
- Essential to multitask with more than one priority while maintaining quality standards
- Basic knowledge of construction, electrical and/or renovation trades
- Comfortable with managing overnight projects at times
Electrician
Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical circuit diagram and electrical wiring installation
- Inspect equipment and electrical system
- Adhere to all safety practices, rules and regulation
- Responsible for cleanliness throughout the facilities are being serviced and maintained
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Managers
Requirement
- Minimum NITEC/ NTC electrical diploma or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in electrical system, tooling, crimping cable and reading electrical diagram
- Able to work in fast pace environment
- Awareness of work safety
Sales Designer
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgement, generate sales and build client relationships
- Consult professional advice on materials, space planning, design conceptualisation, ensure delivery of project on schedule
- Plan and coordinate all activities from design stage to project completion, work alongside suppliers and subcontractors
- Manage the project cost and preparation of project quotation
Requirement
- 1-2 year of experience in related field, fresh grads are welcome to apply (training provided)
- At least Secondary ‘O’ or ‘N’ level, NITEC certification and/or recognised degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil/Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building or equivalent
- Proficiency in Sales, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
- Possess dynamic work attitude and is results driven
- Essential to multitask with more than one priority while maintaining quality standards

Plaster/Drywall Installer
- Performs resident and commercial finishing, patching of plaster and drywall constructed walls and ceilings
- Read and apply floorplans and specifications for project layout
- Inspect installation areas for drywall and appropriately measured
- Carrying, lifting and installing large drywall panels into the metal framework
